The Driftwood Spars Wedding Photography
Steve & Sarah’s Wedding ceremony and reception took place in the very popular venue that is The Driftwood Spars. It’s just a stones throw from the sea at Trevaunance Cove in the seaside village of St Agnes. Sarah and Steve were both getting ready at the hotel so I was able to capture them both getting ready. Sarah’s make up was done by the talented Seija Richards, I think Steve did his own. The day was also captured on video by Alex at I Do Film Weddings. The weather was overcast and rain had been forecast but that didn’t stop the wedding party from playing games outside the marquee there. There was ‘Hook a Duck’, ‘Bean Bag Toss’, ‘Flamingo Ring Toss’ and Skittles, all of which were very popular with both the adults and children!. We headed for photos on the coastal path and beach but had to cut it short due to the rain. We still managed to capture some lovely images of the two of them. As the heavens really opened, It was time for the wedding breakfast. The in house hog roast had been slow cooking and was smelling amazing. Everyone tucked in to baps with crackling and apple sauce. After the speeches and cake cut, the evening brightened up so we were able to continue the games and drinking in the garden. Cake was served and more evening guests arrived to get the party started. As the summer light faded, I left them with a sparkler tunnel. The Driftwood Spars Wedding Photography.
